Orders will be handled on a daily basis (except holidays) and in most cases will be shipped out no later than the following day.

Orders in the U.S. will be shipped using a flat rate USPS Priority Mail envelope or box and should be delivered within 2-5 days. If you order something small such as a pattern that can be mailed for less, we will do so. Your total cost will be adjusted before being processed. As a rule, we do not insure packages when we ship. If you wish to have your order insured, please let us know when placing the order. ALL ORDERS OF $100 OR MORE AND WITHIN THE UNITED STATES WILL BE SHIPPED FREE.

For orders outside the United States we can ship 6/7 yards in a flat rate envelope for $14.50. When possible and necesary we will break up an order and send mulitple envelopes. For larger amounts or odd-sized items, we will e-mail you with our estimate of shipping charges prior to shipping.

Quilted Cottage respects your privacy, and does not share any information with any other person or business for any reason. This includes phone numbers, email addresses or home addresses.

Returns for kits, books, patterns, notions and gifts are available in full, minus shipping costs, if returned in person or if shipped to us at your cost. These items will only be eligible if they are returned with a copy of the sales slip and in the condition it was received by you. Cut fabric yardage is not returnable.
